This study determined the factors that motivated the Dominican aspirants and postulants in St. Albert the Great Seminary to enter the convent as well as the factors that least motivated them, the issues affecting their motivation, if there was difference among the motivational factors, what was their formation and their psychological and spiritual intervention. The researchers conducted survey with 12 postulants and 30 aspirants, interviewed key informant, and held focus group discussion.
