The study aimed to determine the leadership behavior of managers of ITEL Personnel Services Multi-Purpose Cooperative and the overall results of job performance evaluation of subordinates for 2014, and find out the significant relationship between leadership behavior of managers as appraised by their subordinates and the overall job performance of employees as appraised by their managers.
