Abstract:

This study designed and developed a LAN-based payment requisition system for the General Affairs (GA) Division of Ibiden Philippines, Inc.to improve current method of submission and approval of payment requests which uses a single computer’s Microsoft Excel. It addressed the usual problems of the GA members such as managing, storing, and securing payment requests, slow processing of approval and searching of payment requests, determining the requests’ statuses, and preventing duplicate records from entering the system.
