Abstract:

The descriptive-quantitative research aimed to identify the managerial competency of the academic heads in ABC College. The study used a total enumeration of the respondents and adopted the Management Development Questionnaire (MDQ), a self- assessment standardized test for the academic heads, and a reconstructed questionnaire based on the MDQ for the subordinates and supervisor assessment of the academic heads.
