Abstract:

    The research developed a computerized system for the Quality Management and Planning Department of Letran Calamba in processing and managing ISO documents. The developed system would replace or improve the current manual system of the office to give a better service quality to the clients.

    The researchers used the descriptive research to better understand the problems and formulate an appropiate solution to the problems of the currents system. The system was tested and evaluated by the QMPD personnel to see if the study’s objectives had been met.
