Abstract:

This research aimed to find out the employment readiness of the graduating Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) students – batch 2015 of Letran Calamba as to their top abilities, skills, and qualities (collectively referred as attributes) identified in the Job Outlook Survey of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
