Abstract:

    This study designed and developed a LAN-Based monitoring and evaluation system for the Makipamuhay of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba. This would automate the current management system of Makipamuhay, allowing checking and reviewing of filled-up forms, computing of evaluation result, and tabulating data. Reports can be easily generated to assist the department to come up with sound decisions and plans.

    The researchers used Iterative Waterfall Model in developing the system which was found acceptable to the respondents based on the criteria of content, usability, and systems     functionality. The researchers recommended to implement the system.
