Abstract:

VONATI MANSI CUPCAKE was a calamansi cupcake made from calamansi and nata de coco. The combined citrus and sweet flavor created a unique taste that food lovers would enjoy. The business aimed to provide customers the best quality calamansi cupcakes at a reasonable price.   To  start  the  business, a  ₱ 14,668.50 capital was sourced from the proponents. Vonati Mansi Cupcake began its operation on November 24, 2014 and lasted until January 23, 2015, following the 40-day required implementation of the business.  It hired a contractual baker and engaged into consignment as well.  Moreover, its use of social media sites  contributed to the success of the business, having earned a net income of ₱ 6,806.78. The business helped  the community promote their product by using a basket made of pandan leaves.
