Abstract:

    This study provided an alternative way of promoting and distributing SEARCA’s Knowledge Resources and Placing orders. The Application software was created using Eclipse for the Android Application and PHP for the administrators’ website. This study had two types of accounts, the Administrator and User. It allowed the user to view, download and order different knowledge resources of SEAMEO SEARCA. The users can also search by year and by keywords of the title of the knowledge resource they want to view, download or order. The administrator can add, edit, delete, update and receive the user’ order through his registered email.
