Abstract:

Sweet Potato Bits was made of sweet potato and wheat flour with a variety of dipping sauces. It was the answer to an increasing demand for snacks that can be consumed anytime of the day at a reasonable price. LESAFORI   ENTERPRISE, a  locally owned mobile snack food cart and the maker of sweet potato bits, was strategically located within the vicinity of University of  Perpetual Help-Biñan in Barangay Sto. Niño, Biñan, Laguna; thus targeting two distinct market segments, students, with age ranging from 15 to 25, and the residents of the barangay. LESAFORI  ENTERPRISE had a total funding requirement of Php 8, 460.00 to start the business.
