Abstract:

    In City Government of Calamba, the ICT Division Maintenance Office was still using the manual system in giving technical support to the different departments in the City Hall. They were using request form to be filled-up either by phone calls or by going to their office personally. The action of the IT Administrator will depend on the level of difficulty and availability of the technicians.
