TRUFFER BITES

Abstract:

Using the process of making truffles, Truffer Bites Sweets developed Truffer Bites which are brownies made from chocolate bread and wafer. Truffer Bites were offered to the students and employees of Letran Calamba. With the aim to produce quality but affordable brownies to satisfy the customers’ sweet cravings, Truffer Bites Sweets introduced four flavors/varieties, namely: Sprinkly Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Choco Crumble and Nutty Brown. The varieties of chocolate flavors coated on brownies made the product unique, which made it easier for the researchers to promote it through social media sites like Facebook and Instagram and even word of mouth.
