The main functions included were finding of tax payers’ records easily, adding records, transferring of property, deleting and updating records, managing of monthly reports, and connecting the assessor’s office to the treasurer’s office in terms of payments. Using simple total enumeration, the proponents tested and evaluated the system by conducting a survey using a five-point Likert Scale questionnaire in the municipality of Victoria, Laguna.
