This study developed an Automated Real Property Tax Declaration System for the Municipality of Victoria, Laguna to help the assessor’s and the treasurer’s offices. The main functions included were finding of tax payers’ records easily, adding records, transferring of property, deleting and updating records, managing of monthly reports, and connecting the assessor’s office to the treasurer’s office in terms of payments. The researchers used the Iterative Life Cycle Model as their software methodology for the development of the system. Using simple total enumeration, the proponents tested and evaluated the system by conducting a survey using a five-point Likert Scale questionnaire in the municipality of Victoria, Laguna. Results indicated average ratings in all the criteria specified, which means acceptable. Using the system made the work of the employees in the assessor’s and the treasurer’s offices easier. The researchers thus recommended the implementation of the system.
