With the abundance of local ingredients, CEACHE Food Stall introduced Flan Turon, a turon with melt-in-your-mouth leche flan filling. Flan Turon gave a twist to the regular banana filling found in the market to create a greater choice of tasty, affordable, and nutritious turon. To prepare Flan Turon, the proponents wrapped the leche flan in a pastry wrapper, deep fried, and dusted with confectioner’s sugar.  The  product was marketed to Letran Calamba students in Bucal, Calamba City through Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram.
