Abstract:

KWEKMAI Food House sold KWEKMAI, a combination of kwek- kwek and siomai with ham and cheese. Aimed to be known as the producer of good tasting Kwekmai, the researchers improved the concept of the traditional siomai into something that the customers would always remember for its uniqueness, affordability, and palatability.
