This study identified the effects of work environment to satisfaction and motivation of employees in Miascor Logistics Corporation, a cargo center company. It also determined the demographics of employees in the said company in terms of their age, gender, job title, educational attainment, length of service, and their level of satisfaction. The working environment was also studied.
