Abstract:

This study formulated training plans for Colegio de Los Baños to help determine the performance deficiency of their employees. The study determined the demographic profile of the employees of Colegio de Los Baños in terms of gender, age, position and years of service; identified their perceived needed skills; and designed training perceived needed by the respondents. Survey was used to gather data needed to formulate the training plan that could help the employees of the Colegio to improve their job performance.
