Abstract:

The integration of Chinese cuisine to local dishes inspired Buchi Deli Food Kiosk Enterprise to create an innovative and nutritious  buchi filled with yema, chocolate, cheese, and banana, rolled in sesame seeds, and then shaped into balls.  Malunggay leaves were  added in rice dough as those leaves are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, protein, iron, calcium, and potassium; thus, making the product more nutritious. This business aimed to grow bigger and expand its target market as the population growth increases yearly.
