Abstract:

This study discovered how the managers and supervisors in Asian Transmission Corporation in Canlubang embrace management change. It looked into the experiences and perceptions on management change of these selected employees from personnel and legal, machining and quality control departments who were mostly 40-50 years old. This 40 years old Japanese company based in the Philippines which specializes in manufacturing automotive parts and transmission assembly usually experiences transition on top management almost every three years. Qualitative method was used to get a better understanding through first-hand experience, truthful reporting, and quotations of actual conversations through descriptive technique. The researchers used a thematic analysis of the transcribed data verified through participant observation.
