Cassava Brownies ka Brow is a sole proprietorship that offered cassava brownies, another Filipino snack product which main ingredients are cassava and cassava flour at an affordable price. Its consumers were mostly people from Los Baños.

Findings revealed high demand for the proposed product. With the raw materials abundant and available in the market, right management, appropriate advertising and promotion, the business would generate profit for the owners, income to retailers, a new snack consumers can enjoy, as well as employment and tax benefits. The proponents learned from their experience that the accuracy of the transactions could lead to the clear financial records. Their initial capital investment was 30,000.00 for the acquisition of tools and equipment, furniture and fixture and delivery equipment.
