Frice-to-go is developed from the common rice-and-viand meal which is available in bite sizes for busy people. The product is composed of rice, vegetables and pork placed into a dumpling. The researchers aimed to offer a variety of flavors; to compete with the other established stores of the same product line; and to expand its brand name locally.
