Embupao is a round shape steamed bun which dough is mixed with chopped malunggay and made attractive by the use of atsuete, giving it a distinct appearance. Its filling is pork embutido with a special sauce to complement its taste. Each piece of embupao is rich in calories, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, protein, and vitamins.
