Abstract:

This study attempted to enhance the equipment maintenance of acid stirring machine in the Nitrocellulose Division of TNC Chemicals Philippines Inc. TNC Chemicals Philippines Inc. has an annual production capacity of 2,000 metric tons. They offer a comprehensive product range of nitrocellulose and have been consistent with the quality and reliability of their supplies. Its most important equipment is the acid stirring machine that mixes sulfuric and nitric acids for production. However, operators often encounter burnt winding.
