MOTELICIOUS: KAMOTE BALLS AND PANCAKE

Abstract:

MOTELICIOUS used kamote (sweet potato) as raw material. Mote balls were fried mashed kamote flavored with any of the following filling: ham, cheese, chicken, and tuna. Mote balls were either with mayonnaise, sweet and spicy or sweet and sour dips. Mote balls were served in a small paper plate or paper cup with colored toothpick to indicate the fillings.
