Abstract:

With the aim to reduce and eliminate used tires and transform them into a useful product, Decola Rubber Industry created envi-roof shingles which are proven to be more durable and less likely to bend or curl than  other roof materials. The study determined the feasibility of producing rubber roof shingles using tires as raw material for consumers in Calamba and Sta. Rosa. The marketing study showed that the business would be profitable for it would supply the high demand for roof shingles.
