NIHACO Feed Mill introduced the HRB Pig Mix to provide nutritious feeds essential for pigs at an affordable cost. The problem on the high cost of feeds and the increasing percentage of water hyacinth and rice husk in the environment became the key in producing this alternative hog mash grower. This study determined the feasibility of producing HRB Pig Mix and making it profitable and distinct among the local feeds sold in the market. The proponents’ target market would be the commercial and backyard piggeries in Lipa City, Batangas and San Jose Batangas. For convenience and accessibility to the target market and suppliers of raw materials, San Jose was chosen as the production site.
