Abstract:

This case study dealt with the improvement of the current situation of the Counter Gear Line of Asian Transmission Corporation. It  focused on the facilities, machinery, and equipment used in production of the layshaft counter gear. The alternatives presented specifically aimed at improving efficiency by reducing worker’s fatigue through mechanical solutions.
