Abstract:

The researchers aimed to improve the manual process of quality control checking of bent pins at Continental Temic Electronics Philippines, Inc. by designing a bent pin checker that will increase line efficiency output and customer satisfaction. The proposed bent pin checker would prevent the reject unit of sensor cluster being mixed with the good ones. Interview and observation on the process flow of the production line were conducted to obtain the primary data.
