Abstract:

Because of the new technology and the increase of the population using Internet in the city, improving the services, facilities, and the present network of PLDT became essential to provide better connectivity to subscribers. This study focused on the minimization of intermittent connection on cable wires of PLDT in Brgy. Lawa, Calamba The study found that the existing network layout is prone to interference and copper wire is prone to corrosion, thus the data being transmitted are affected and connection is lost.
