The Quality Assurance (QA) Laboratory of the Union Galvasteel Corporation (UGC) experienced problems in ventilation due to heat transfer from the outside environment going inside through the walls and roofs. To address this, the researchers designed a ventilation system using polyurethane insulation material to reduce heat from outside surroundings. Specifically, the study dealt on implementing the best alternative using UGC product that will reduce heat gained from the outside, determining the benefits that can be derived in the implementation of the best alternative, and estimating the budget allocation needed in the implementation of the best alternative.
