Abstract:

Lagos del Sol is a residential resort subdivision situated along the beautiful and overwhelming man-made lake in Laguna. This study determined the profile of Lagos del Sol Mountain Lake Resort in terms of its vision, mission, goals, and operation; marketing strategies in terms  of product, price, promotion,  place, people, physical evidence and process; and its tools for marketing evaluation. Using the descriptive design, data were obtained from the manager and the supervisor through an interview.
