Abstract:

The research aimed to 1) ascertain the level of understanding of the employees of the eight  management principles of ISO 9001:2008; 2) determine  the importance level of principles affecting the competitiveness of the resort as perceived by the employees; 3) identify procedures or approaches implemented by Coco Beach Island Resort to attain organizational performance;   and   4)   identify   policy interventions that can facilitate organizational performance from the lens of ISO 9001 Eight Management Principles.
