This study determined the feasibility of producing and marketing artificial dimensional lumber to reformulate existing wood-plastic composites and replace common products with cheaper alternatives that are made from reclaimed waste materials. Capital investment required Php 26,321,342.39 to start and sustain the business. It could be recovered in 1.95 years and would yield a return of investment of 117.71% per year. Besides recycling waste materials, GeoTech Composite Solutions will also marginally help reduce the need for natural lumber and logging operations.
