Abstract:

This study determined the level of satisfaction of the tourists in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa and the strategies that the management employed to encourage the tourists to try the activities provided in the area. Nuvali has a variety of amenities and services that are classified as either pyschocentric and allocentric activities. It has parking space, bicycles, shuttle, and convenience stores for the guests to enjoy their visit. The tourists indicated a high level of satisfaction with regards to the amenities and services Nuvali offers.
