This study determined and analyzed the food safety and sanitation practices of Bon Appetea in Laguna Central, Sta. Rosa City. It described the existing food safety and sanitation practices of Bon Appetea in terms of food preparation, employees’ personal hygiene, facilities and equipment, and receiving and storage. Moreover, it determined if the actual practices of Bon Appetea complied with the set standard of the Department of Health. The data were gathered through observation and interview.
