Abstract:

The study assessed the food safety and sanitation practices of Sizzler’s Café Horacio in Los Baños, Laguna in terms of their food preparation, facilities and equipment, and personal hygiene and its compliance with the standards set by the HACCP and the Code of Sanitation. The researchers conducted an observation and interview to gather the data.
