Abstract:

Health and Wellness Tourism consists of travel to spas and massage and medical treatments which emphasize on activities and practices which contribute to personal health and wellness including physical, mental and emotional domains. This case study assessed Sonya’s Garden’s compliance with the DOT accreditation. It also determined the current status and the level of customers’ satisfaction in terms of facilities, services, and food.
