This concept paper on crowd management has been part of any country’s requisite for safety and well-being. This empirical, action research paper aims to describe the pre-deliberated crowd management initiatives to control certain Metro/Train commuters in one of a most cosmopolitan city in the Middle East. Moreover, the observations on commuter’s behavior and the framework in explaining the psychology of human reactions are processed as a basis for relevant authorities to better prepare and formulate a more proactive as well as reactive decision processes that can guarantee the safety and comfortable environment that commuters’ demands. A descriptive-case study method through interview and survey involving target commuters (n=1,500) will be solicited as future work. Te set of demographics correlated to this action research, and further critical analysis as the possible intervention to manage crowds will be part of this future recommendation.
