This is a phenomenological study about the life and work routine inside the newsroom of TV Patrol. This study intended to figure the life and work routine in the TV Patrol newsroom and to know what is heard or seen beyond the screen. The Structuration theory was used in this study to explain the behavior and work of the production staff to the given structure or system of the TV Patrol newsroom. Based from the observation and focus interviews from the TV Patrol newsroom, the production staff are still able to manage their work despite the stress and pressure that they go through. Their cooperation and teamwork make it possible for them to finish the work even if there are lots of challenges and obstacles along the process.
