A person’s place in the family’s birth order has a strong effect on the character and is an important factor to the psychological development of a person. The effect of birth order depends on the family itself, and there are exceptions to these different views. The study was descriptive correlational where in it was evaluated the relationship between birth order and student’s behavior. Furthermore, it also examined the level of students’ behavior in terms of family, peers, and school. A researcher-made questionnaire was developed and validated by three experts that also undergone reliability testing. The birth order of students was based on the ordinal rank of their respective families: only child, first born, middle born, and last born. Adopted children, stepchildren, and twins were not included in the study. The respondents were the 3rd-year high school students from the University of the Immaculate Conception who were enrolled during the AY 2012-2013. Random sampling was used wherein four (4) out of eight (8) sections with 40-45 students were selected through lottery method. Results of the study revealed that birth order has no significant association to the behavior of the 3rd-year high school students.
