The study aimed to create a tracking system which monitors the current location of visitors inside the University of the Immaculate Conception, Bonifacio Campus, ground floor area. The tracking system consisted of tags, reader nodes, and a transceiver which utilizes synapse RF 100 engines with python scripts. This Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system uses wireless sensor to identify and track the location of the visitor in the campus. The tracking system software operates through a web portal utilizing web technologies to allow the tag’s location to be represented on a dimensional map. This study employed a two-phase method: experimental development and descriptive approach. The research evaluation results proved that RFID system was very efficient and conformed to standards; RFID reader nodes functioned properly; system GUI matched the external data coming from the device’s hardware components; and the web interface showed actual operation and functionalities of the device.
