Into the Door of Employment: Soft Skills and Personal Traits of Business Student Trainees

Abstract:

Annually, thousands of Filipinos graduate from college. While some may take the entrepreneurship path, most of them will seek employment either in the government or private sector. They carry with them their diplomas hoping to join the ranks of the employed. With the limited number of available entry positions compared to the very high number of graduates annually, it is doubtful if all the graduates will get employed right after their graduation.
