This qualitative case study explored the insights of the participants based on their experiences in DMMA College of Southern Philippines. The six studentparticipants were purposely selected. Using the face-to-face interviews and observations, the researchers found that participants pictured the academic institution as friendly and clean; however, summery. They explained that aside from the warm accommodation of offices, the surroundings were clean and smoke-free. Moreover, they also admitted that during the early period of their stint in the institution, they reached the point when they had almost wanted to quit schooling. But, they realized that they had already invested much for their education in the said institution; hence, they opted to stay and finish their studies. Their choice of finishing their studies at this institution was indeed firm even though they had seen substandard facilities and poor equipment, and inadequacy of basic materials for cookery. These experiences practically served as bases for the present school management to set important priorities such as, construction of new buildings, renovation of facilities, acquisition of equipment for skills development, and keeping the culture of excellent service or quality education service anchored on the vision, mission, and goals of the institution.
