This study aimed to determine the solid waste management awareness, practices, and exposure of students of Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology. There were 238 student respondents who were randomly selected from different courses and year level. This study used the descriptive correlational research design employing the questionnaire as an instrument in gathering data which was adapted from Fontanilla, (2003). The results revealed that they are sometimes exposed to the different sources of information on solid waste management. The student respondents showed a moderate level of awareness on solid waste management and the level of practice should ensure that items on the different components of solid waste management are sometimes practiced by them. Results further revealed that the level of awareness and the course and year level of the students have no significant relationship. But there exists a significant relationship between level of awareness and occupation of parents, particularly on control and processing. On the other hand, there is no significant relationship exist between the level of practice and the course and year level of students and there exist a significant relationship between the level of practice and the occupation of parents, particularly on disposal. Likewise, there exists a significant relationship between the level of exposure and the occupation of parents (father) particularly on mass media both print media and broadcast media with p value of .0331 and .0338 respectively.
