The purpose of this study was to fnd out the mindset of Millennials and that of Generation X in coping with failures and if there is a signifcant difference between the said mindset. The 400 employees from selected government offces and institutions were divided according to their age range. Millennials consist of 200 respondents while Generation X consists of 200 respondents. The self-made Likert scale questionnaire was given to the respondents using convenience sampling. The Millennials and Generation X Mindset Scale contains 16 items that provide statements about failures with fxed and growth mindset statements. The result of this study reveals that Millennials and Generation X have similar mindset in coping with failures. Both generations are leaning towards growth mindset. There is no signifcant difference between the mindset of Millennials and Generation X in coping with failures with a p value of 0.75.
