This paper studies the implications of IBM Cloud at work in relation to Human Resource Development of Sales Technical Support employees of IBM Eastwood in terms of employee skills, hiring of personnel, training, and retention of employees. It specifcally answered the questions regarding the demographic profle of the respondents, the level of effectiveness on using IBM Cloud and its challenges on using it, and if there is a signifcant difference in the effectiveness of IBM Cloud in terms of the respondents’ perceived job performance when they are grouped according to years of service and gender. Based on the results gathered, there is no signifcant difference in the respondents’ perceived job performance when they are grouped according to the years of service and gender.
