This study seeks to know the different impact brought by the Anchor to Hope Project on both the lives of the Grade 10 Students and street dwellers. The researchers applied qualitative and quantitative research methods employing the survey method for the Grade 10 Students and the Focus Group Discussion for the Street Dwellers to answer the problems of this study. Respondents were randomly selected grade 10 students of St. Paul University Quezon City for School Year 2018- 2019 and street dwellers who were 18 years old above and have been attending the project for two years or more. Based from the conceptual framework of the study, the Anchor to Hope Project was effective in imparting different knowledge, skills and values to and developing awareness in the students on poverty situations and their obligation to the poor, and enhancing the spirituality of both parties. The researchers found out that students’ involvement came from the tasks given by the implementers of the project or from their advisers while voluntary participation was the involvement of the street dwellers. Based from the descriptive learning and realizations the two groups provided, the project had a high impact on the lives of the grade 10 students and the street dwellers. The project was able to take part in the cultivation of knowledge of the students as well as the street dwellers through the different programs. Based from the observations of the students and the street dwellers, recommendations made were as regards to the strategy of the project, the formation of the students and street dwellers, especially in terms of their behavior and participation and lastly, the strengthening of the project.
