The Motivational Influencing Factors School Personnel: Basis for Human Resource Development Program

Abstract:

Motivation is a key in determining employees’ capability to do other factors such as resources given to an employee to do assigned tasks. Tis study determined the relationship between the Personnel’s Profile and Motivational Influencing Factors of the operations of Saint Michael College of Caraga, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte. This study used the descriptive research design utilizing the survey method to collect the relevant data for the study. Te fndings reveal that the agreement that this Motivational Factor is important to them for they have openness, acceptance, unity and harmoniously working in exerting efforts toward attaining the task and vision. Te interaction between Superiors and Subordinates together with the acceptance is one of the highlights in the said institution for they are guided and directed in implementing certain assignments. Te real needs for directions in implementing tasks are met. In result, the personnel provides a better service. Saint Michael College of Caraga is a work organization which every personnel is proved to be a member. Te result of the study will serve as a guide or a reference in formulating policies, guidelines, and strategies in carrying the programs to be clearer, fairer, and meaningful.
