Teachers Work Attitude, Practices and Environment as Drivers of Performance

Abstract:

The descriptive co-relational research design was used to describe the work attitude among elementary teachers in Norala District, South Cotabato focusing on their work practices, work environment and their performance in terms of teaching effectiveness. Using regression analysis, results showed that work environment strongly influenced the teaching performance of the respondents, There was a significant relationship between work environment and teachers‟ performance.
