This is a phenomenological study which involves the experiential narratives on community extension activities of one of the flagship programs of the Community Integration Program (CIP) Office of pre-service teachers at St, Mary‟s College, Tagum Inc. The participants were the fourth year BEED students of 2017-2018. Individual interviews, focus group discussions, and reflection notes were the main instruments used. Themes from the experiences of the participants came out with some features of challenges and coping skills.
